This may be a small fan, but it has a lot of power. This would also be awesome in a larger size. I use this fan in my bedroom and it does everything you would want a fan to do with a REMOTE CONTROL. Carol P.S. This is a Vornado and that should be all you need to know!!!!!!!!!!

I loved my flippi for months, but now the oscillation has stopped and I am really disappointed. I got my flippi for my office, living in WI you don't use it so much... until this summer and just when I need it the most... it stopped working properly. Anyhow, the product is great, I would've put 5 stars but now is just an average fan that looks nice and can't give more than 3 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I gave this fan 4 stars because I have one complaint. How do you take it apart to clean the fan blades and grill? I use it in my kitchen so it gets kitchen fumes build up. I have had another Vornado fan for years and it is easy to clean but it is bulky on my counter. I bought this Flippi fan last summer when I went in hospital for knee replacement. I took the fan with me to hospital and to post-op rehab. It was so convenient with the remote control. I sleep with the fan on all night for a light breeze.

No oscillations after 3 months!

How would YOU rate an oscillating fan that costs 3X what other personal-size fans cost but quits oscillating (in any position) after 95 days of operation? Aside from moving air around the room, oscillating is its other purpose. So, for its hefty price, it doesn't do 50 percent of what Vornado promises. Is that "Fair" performance or "Poor" performance in your book?

It moves the air the way they said it would but the cost is to high and it does make noise on high speed other than that I am very satisfied with this model remote is a great feature, I use it in my bed room and the remote help from in bed change speeds great. Could use a bigger size in this model.

Unfortunately, my product was barely sputtering along after about 2 years or so. Since it wasn't the cheapest fan in the world I thought I might ask if they could do anything for me, not recalling the warranty length. I was able to talk to an actual human being, and a very pleasant one at that. Rhonda was professional and she had a new Vornado at my door 3 days later. I got my new item today and noticed it states right there on the inner flap of the box. "We expect this product to be perfect. If it's not, WE will make it right". Well done.
