What happened to Black & Decker

B&D used to be high in quality. No more. I use toaster every morning, last one (not B&D) lasted me 10yrs. I bought my current B&D toaster 5 mths ago and this kerning it broke!!!
I am Sooo tired of being taken advantage by Companies that don't care anymore about the quality of their products. Shame on you.
