Not up to your standard

I submitted a review for your toaster oven and you wrote back to tell me it wasn't acceptable according to your standards. I have had the toaster oven for several months but I didn't register it. Short of that, the only reason not to like it is that I gave a negative review. I can send a photo if that would prove I own it. People deserve to know it goes off and on while toasting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Previous model was better

Previous model - TRO490 - had 2 hooks on the door so that when the door was opened the rack was pulled out. With the current model you have to reach in and pull the hot rack out.
The model was not in any of the 3 stores I went to.
