[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dirty water stains on my carpet from when my other carpet cleaner leaked out the dirty water. I saturated the carpet stains with this and left it on for five minutes before cleaning with the carpet cleaner. The stains are lighter but still there.

The scent is very mild and doesn't overwhelm the area you use it in with a chemical smell. I use it to spot clean and blot with a towel if I'm not going to use my upright to clean the whole area.

Words cannot express how much i really love this product. My 3 year old spills so many things on the carpet that get set in because i don't always have the time to clean it right away. i spray this, wait 10 mins then scrub over it and it's gone. so worth it.
