This works on the toughest stains, My dog recently was chewing a hard plastic bone and she cut her lip and left little spots of blood on cream carpeting, I pretreated the stain for 10 minutes (just sprayed the stain) then ran our carpet cleaner and not a single stain was left behind!

I first got a sample of this with a carpet cleaner that I won, and was pretty impressed, so bought a full-size bottle. We have two cats; one is long-haired and he is constantly throwing up hairballs...yuck! But this stuff gets the stain out of the carpet AND smells so fresh. Have used it on an old upholstered chair and it even lightened a stain that had been on there for about ten years. Great product!

I have little Bissell green and this has been wonderful and very handy to own. I can even use it to clean carpet in cars. It does a very good job. I called to order parts for it that I didn't have. First, my carpets are very old. Second, The stains are from cat stuff. Very hard to get out. Of course you clean first then use the stain removal. It worked fine as can be expected. It is a good product. I will buy again when I need to. Just make sure you follow the directions.
