I am pleased to say that your product worked remarkably on the stains that we had in our carpet and upholstery. In our household we have a Golden Retriever, a 13 year old (that semi-clean up his misfortunes ) , and both my wife and I ( who also on occasions experience misfortunes on the carpet and upholstery.I can truly say that your products has really simplified our cleaning and has saved us a lot of money. We believe that your Stain Pretreat is essential to our normal weekly cleaning. This product also gives us a sense of pride after cleaning. I believe that your designers used a great deal of innovation when creating these products for the Pro-Heat, because it is so easy and fun to use that we all take turns using them to clean the house. We have been a Bissell Customer for over 7 year and we have no regrets. We cannot thank you enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping it would help with a tomato soup stain on an area rug but it didnt. I dont think anything can get out tomato soup stains. The Pretreat does smell good. I will update my review when I have a another difficult stain.
