Got tired of renting sub-standard equipment so decided to buy a Bissell; best decision ever! The machine is SO easy to operate, fill, clean after use.......words can not describe. I used the PreTreat spray on pet stained areas and they came up like magic. One cleaning and the whole house smells better and looks great! One nice benefit. If you've signed up with your email address, Bissell sends periodic money off coupons for those who shop online! Gary

I have a 2 year old and he drops. mashes and grinds things into my carpets and couch. I had a red stain on my carpet and this took it right off. Seriously there isn't anything this thing hasn't gotten off. From mashed banana stains, red stains, and purple juice stains. I use it in my entry way for the dirt and by my kitchen. I love this stuff so much. The smell isn't so bad.
