Works well Cooling our bedroom. Had issue with window exhaust connector that easily broke. Called service and replacement part sent

Wonderful machine!

I bought this portable unit last summer. It was so hot and humid I could hardly breathe. This machine cooled my room down so quickly. I'm not sure where I would be without it. Thank you, fridgaire!

Its what I was looking for

I got this few months ago for my son's room. It works great in Summer as an AC and now it works really good as a heater. I'm thinking on get one for my room and another one for my other son.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Portable A/C and Heater Combination

I bought this unit for not only the dual features, but for the overall design/features. I use it daily and it is much quieter than my previous Wall unit. Cooling is very fast, and I have to set the temperature higher or I'd freeze myself out at night. This has to be the best A/C Heater on the market today, and believe me I've checked too many to count. I would recommend the Frigidaire FRA09EPT1 for anyone looking for a well put together product.

Unit was defective at shipment

This unit never worked. It functioned as a fan only and did not cool the room at all. I was very disappointed in this product, and would not purchase this brand again

Air duct is supposed to "screw" in. Yeah, right. If you are able to, very tentatively, get one end to stay somewhat, it will come out when you try to get the other end in.
Hundreds of dollars for this unit. Why can they include clamps, or something, to help this problem?
