Its good so far; somewhat noisy

Nice unit, but the two sided printing/copying feature doesn't seem to work properly. When I print PDF documents, have not been able to get it to print on only one side.
Also, when scanning several documents at once in OCR format, it puts them all together in one continuous file

Very easy to set up and use right away. Don't need to be a computer expert and is great for non-techies. Very convenient having all these functions in one macine.

We now have two of these printers. It is easy to set up with PCs and only a little more work to get the Ipad to recognize it or it to recognize the Ipad. Finally turned off everything, router, switch, Ipad and then turned everything on again int he same order and up it popped.
This is a very good small home office or family printer. It must be close to 20 years that we have had HP all in one printers. They have durable with a long life span for us. Being able to fax, copy and scan as well as printer is a terrific!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Switched from a Lexmark that gave us nothing but trouble! The HP Pro 8600 works fantastic. It was easy to set up. Print quality is crisp and fast. Scanner & fax work smoothly. Wireless is simple and works GREAT! Loved it so much bought a second for my home :)

Color, Fast, diverse and economical. Everything... fax, scan, copy and print all work efficiently as they would standing alone. great machine.
