It has everything a person need.

I love the OCR software that makes it a tool to make filling out a forms a dream. Scan the form, save it, open it, fill out what needs to be filled out, then print it, looks and works just like a typewriter from the pass. Thanks to HP's work to make this a great tool to have

HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer

I order almost all of the things we use in our office (about 10 people). The boss asked us to make recommendations to improve things. We are using this HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-all-in-one printer to replace two older HP printers, so less money, less space used up, etc. We really ended up with more features and capabilities than we expected, like being able to scan a document into a thumb-drive with no computer! The thumb-drive plugs into the printer... Bottom line is we're all very impressed... Thanks HP!

Don't buy second tray

The unit should have better features with a second tray, one should beable to set up as default for paper and one for photos, You have no control of the tray selection from IPAD's or smart phone.

Superb Product, A Single Glitch

Great product-purchased as a "convenience" to have my own printer that the kids won't run the ink out of. You know the story. However, does "drop off" the network when it sleeps. I'm not alone in this problem. Must reiterate-fast, superb performance, quiet...superb performance.

I replaced an aging HP that was bluetooth but didn't work with our Macbook or iPhones. I really like this printer. It is alot larger than my last one so takes up alot of space on my desk but worth it so far. I had to use the software disk on my Macbook but if works fine now. I like the cool sounds it makes after copies and faxes. Kind of like a slot machine. Anyway, for the $$ this is very nice!!

Excellent printer, print quality good

The printer was easy to set up with the network and with the computer. Cannot discuss fax qualities because I am not using the fax. If there was anything I was not happy with it was the touchscreen. You have to press very hard to get it to take a command. And as far as I can tell there is no adjustments for this.
