I got this printer to replace a 4-year old HP all-in-one. This unit is smaller, faster and quieter. Nice improvements.

Was having issues finding a printer that would work with my android products. This printer was easy to set up. The quality of the print is excellent. And best of all, I can use it with my android products and without need of a router or cable!

This printer+ connected to my wireless system easier than any printer I have had. Love the duplex printing. I have had several HP printers, all have been very good products.

can do everything

Product is capable of doing everything you would need for a smaller office. There seems to be a issue with the scanner/copier software. It will display colored streaks until re booted. Then it is fine. The online technical support is very poor. You can read all you want. It took forever to figure out how to set the day date time. This function was not even mentioned and did not show up in search function. Found it just by punching keys until it came up. Shipping was extremely fast. Do not expect to get much support from HP for help setting this unit up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printing and scanning are excellent. I have not tried the fax yet. Set up was a breeze. Great product support.
