eprint has bugs

This printer prints well. The setup was easy and the wirelsss functions great. When I went to upgrade the printer to windows 8 I had a lot of problems. The printer stopped printing. I spent twohours on the phone with tech services. Then the e print stopped working. I spent another hour on the phone getting that to work. Then it stopped working again after a week. The fix was quick but it is annoying to never know when it is going to print. I think the product should have been tested longer and gotten the bugs out of it before it went to market. When it works it is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit was a replacement for another all-in-one printer at my office and has out performed the other officejet which I owned for several years. I'm very satisfied with this unit and am sold completely on hp printers.

I'm yet to use all the features, (i.e. wireless printing) but like the look, size and sleekness of the 8600. Paper drawer seems a bit flimsy and awkward, but all else looks to be fine (until I discover otherwise.) Overall, I feel it is great value for the price - despite having to purchase different ink-cartridges to replace the 8500 inks I had stock-piled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got nothing bad to say about this printer except it was cheaper elswhere and the delivery for this was dropped off on a Saturday at one bussiness next to me that was open who I didn't not know and was in the retail box not unmarked box. Luckily I walked by and the guy came out and asked if this package was mine???

This is the fifth HP printer that I have owned. All of them have exceeded my expectations. The thing that I like about this printer is the wireless capability and connecting it was effortless. I would absolutely recommend this printer to anyone.
