I use this primarily for my work, scanning and printing, no faxing really - everything works better than I expected! I use it for both my desktop (wired) and my laptop (wireless) and it lives up to what it says it will do. Very satisfied customer, especially for the price.

This is the best of all the HP printers I have had. It was easy to set up as well. Why did it take so long to go wireless? This is one of the greatest features of this model.

Should come with an envelope tray.

It doesn't copy in black only mode, seemed odd. And, the method to print envelopes is slow and cumbersome. It should come with an envelope tray or be clear that it does not.

The set up was not difficult. I like the professional look of the product. It is a little louder than my other printer, but you get used to it. The printer quality is professional. I love all the options I have to choose from before I print out my documents. Solid performance. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I am very happy with this new printer. I last purchased the 8500 series and it worked very well. This new one is even better. Faster to print and much faster to set up and be ready to print.
