Fits the need - Perfectly

This easy to use, easy to set up printer provides high quality results using sensibly priced ink and if you've got an iPad or other tablet the AirPrint facility makes this a joy to own.
Highly recommended

Best purchase ever

This is a good printer and easy to handle.
However it is troublesome when used with certain security softwares such as BullGuard(accord to Which overall score 86%) as the bullguard people are not helpfu and efficientl. They told me to do this and that and took control of my computer and the line got disconnected or problem with internet and webpages .I had to restore to a previous date. In the end I solved my own problem but uninstalling BullGuard and installing Microsoft Security Essentials Free(According to Which overall score 84%). According to which Hp photosmart 7510 e-all inone printer Test score 74%). Excellent all round printer boasting good print quality and speed. If you buy all the ink in a pack it is cheaper than buying individual ones.

Nothing but trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG trouble.
Printer arrived, not working. Would not print in colour and would not print wirelessly. Print head catridge was replaced fom Chechz Rrepub, but would still not print in colour, Whole printer returned to Chechz Repub Finnaly replacement printed in colour. Still will not print wirelessly. Having to go back to a usb connection. A ll through this agonising process the telephone support team have been brilliant, but I wish I had saved my mony and bought one of the miriad of usb printers that are on the market. One light note, the help desk asked if I could print a dignostic report off the computer and read it to them, chance would be a fine thing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

Purchased this printer particularly for the eFax service for those (very) few times I need to fax documents. Web services are completely unreliable and if you are lucky enough to make a connection it will have disconnected by next attempt. There are numerous complaints on HP's web forum so I don't think this is a configuration problem on my part (printer reports internet connection via standard Sky router).
Printing quality is good and the inbuilt duplex is extremely useful for long documents but does not function according to specifications.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ideal printer

Bought this printer to replace a previous HP printer that failed and have been very impressed with it's performance so far. Still using the setup cartridges so cannot comment on ink usage or ease of changing them. I cannot see cartridge status on my computer and have to go to the printer screen but that is the only software fault I have seen so far. Would recommend this printer on scan and print performance alone as it is excellent.

This is an excellent printer & i think that it would be a good buy for everyone, especially at this price. Given the chance I might buy it again myself. I say might because on mine the efax doesn't work & although all the other features of the printer state that they have connected to the internet the efax says no! I have checked all of HP.com and every link goes to FAQ's on how to use it. Nothing tells you have to get past the problem that I have. Not only that but the details needed to find the registration do not exist anywhere on the printer, I know because I've entered everything on HP.com that is printed on the printer only to be rejected every time. without this you can't get any further.
If you really need the efax option you might want to choose another printer as I can't tell if this is only mine or whether it is the same on all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great HP Support

When my new printer came with a hardware problem, it was replaced immediately. Then my computer software thought it was still dealing with the first printer, so there were other problems. HP e-mail support was great in sorting these problems out. Well done. Thanks for a great printer.
