I exchanged my previous HP printer for this new model and I made the right decision.The cards and calenders really print out so professionally

This printer, which was easy to set up, is in a remote location in our house, yet it still receives information from one laptop and two desktop computers, as well as my iphone. it is economical on ink, with replacement cartridges being priced cheaper than most. I couldn't do without it. Print quality is excellent, whether it be letters, forms, newsletter or photos. I would have no hesitation in recommending this printer to anyone.

Smashing printer. Bought it for its wireless facility. Two laptops and 1 desktop all work well to the printer. Just one snag. Confused with the 2 black ink cartridges. Only seem to get hold of 364XL (the thin black one for photos) with great difficulty. Plenty of 364 large black. The combined full photo set a bit pricey.

I'm still finding out the features of my new machine - and I keep finding more! Photo quality is great - a huge improvement on my old printer. Not sure about the ink consumption as the initial cartridges didn't last long but I assume that this will be better when I install new ones. Scanner is streets ahead of my old one although it seems I have a lot to learn regarding incorporating scanned information into documents.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer produces magnificent photographs on top of normal printing. It can also scan & networking is a doddle. You can change it's position & IP address but it can still be found on your wifi. It is a dream.
On the down side, I intended this to replace my fax machine but it can't fax. It claims to efax but although it is on my wifi, it claims not to be connected to the internet so you can't efax either.

Printer did not work properly when first installed would not print from photo tray on second day after spending hours trying to resolve problem the printer broke down completly with a messeage stating the either it had no printer head or printer head was incompatable. Needless to say I returned it for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been delighted with this product. So easy to use and excellent quality. I do a lot of double sided scanning and this product is perfect, whether I use it through the computer or the screen on the printer. A great all-in-one product and I would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent printer and easy to set up and use. Wi-fi facility so useful when up to four gadgets want to print from different rooms etc.
Well worth spending that little extra than the basic printers. I have saved ink compared to other printers as I have not needed to clean heads where print jobs have been seperated by a day or two.
