A Fine Machine!

The 7510 replaces our old HP 2200 which expired after many years of use. We are truly delighted with the ease and efficiency we find in using the new machine, and recommend it without reservation for use in the family home and in a small office. There are features such as Facebook which we shall never use, but in its primary purposes i.e. reproducing images and texts, it's a joy!

Best decision I ever made!

This printer is brilliant. I am so impressed. Does exactly it says on the tin, so to speak. I use it mainly for working from home and the ADF is a massive bonus for scanning and copying.
I am so pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Price was really good too and I set it up in minutes (didn't need a Man!) Really easy to use by pressing icons and I can't get over how clear everything is. Fantastic and I wish I'd got one ages ago.

A good upgrade

I bought this printer to replace a C6180 All-In-One printer as I wanted the ability to print remotely from a number of devices (e.g. Smartphone, iPad, other laptops, etc.), Set-up was easy. The device 'footprint' seems to be smaller than the C6180 even with two-sided printing. ePrint and eFax facilities are brilliant. On the face of it this printer gives me everything I need as a home computing user. Have had opportunity to use HP Support when trying to resolve an eFax problem (of my making). Support was excellent and comprehensive.

Forever cleaning to begin with even behind the sample ink so be prepared to waste ink on cleaning cardridges.

A printer worth considering

I am impressed with the quality of photo prints and the speed of printing and the WiFi works well, but double sided printing in A5 size on A4 paper is disappointing. Also the ink usage, even with XL cartridges is not as good as I would like, but the HP service for ink cartridges from them and their appointed agents is excellent. I have yet to work out how to use the scanner. It doesn't seem to connect to the computer and scanning with just the printer only scans a small part of an A4 copy. I have still not worked out how to use the top paper feed system.

At Last!

Very pleased with the overall performance of my new HP printer. I needed a good colour printer for my painting hobby and so far I am more than satisfied. The speed of colour printing has been much faster than my previous printer. I have yet to try all the different things it can do, but so far ....very good value for money. HP were recommended by friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.

Good multifuction device

This is a good multifunction device that, after a few glitches at the beginning (mostly to do with software and updates I think), has worked well since then.
The only thing that is missing for me is the ability to be able to scan double sided documents through the feeder. You can move them around in the HP Scan 3 software if it is just one or two pages, but if you want to scan a longer double sided document, you have to do it manually. Real shame, especially as you can print double sided.

My mistake
on September 18, 2012

The reason I say that it was my mistake to go for HP photosmart 7510 because my officejet G95 have the same problem as described below. I thought that the new HP printer would not have this problem.
Although the overall performance of the printer is not too bad, the main problem is printing a pdf file diownloaded from an internet site and when it is opened with Adobi printer, the printer jumbles up letters and numbers and the document becomes unreadable.
I have to use a pdf printer other than Adobi to open and print the file. As most the businesses use Adobi to create pdf files I am at a disadvange to use HP 7510.
For the last 20 years I always have used HP printers but this time HP has let me down.
