Large and quiet

Purchased this chest freezer in Jan. 2014. It had a large capacity, holds cold very well and it very quiet. We have it located in our entry/family room currently, and I need to listen to see if it is even running.Motor is small and takes up just a small back corner, comes with 2 baskets, we only use 1. We also have 4 baskets (like the old milk crates) to help organize, and this works very well.So far, no need to defrost, as only a film has formed on the sides that is barely noticeable.I will update if any issues arise.

My first deep freezer

I have planned for years to have one of these bc I enjoy buying my meat in bulk. Plenty of room and easy to clean. It's so quiet I forget it's there. My husband bought me the best!

Whirlpool has ALWAYS been a name brand I could trust. My parents and grandparents always trusted Whirlpool products for delivering excellent performance, their quality, and the products lasted for years. Whirlpool products save you money in the long run. I love WHIRLPOOL.

Greatly Reduced Energy Use

Our old freezer died after several years use and we were surprised on how efficient the new freezers were. We installed the new freezer and followed the directions for allowing it to cool down prior to loading. Everything worked fine and the freezer actually reached - 20 C faster than I expected. Could use an interior light. Very efficient and quiet. Great purchase!
