Doesn't get dishes clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dishwasher in January of 2012 and have been unhappy with it ever since. Have read and re-read recommended loading of this dishwasher and even with half-loads or less the dishes fail to come out clean. Have also gone through numerous kinds of soaps and they have minimal effect of dish cleanliness (though Finish tablets seem to work the best). We are re-doing a major kitchen remodel and at this point are steering clear of GE dishwashers!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
