I purchased this for the cable/coax protection and it fit my wall outlet perfectly. However, I only gave 4 stars (out of 5 stars) because I also recently just purchased a APC 6-Outlet Wall Surge Protector 1080 Joules, SurgeArrest Essential (P6W). Both are excellent products, but the P6W has a screw that allows you to very securely attach the Surge Protector into the wall outlet, where the APC P4V did not. I got lucky that the P6W fit this particular AC outlet perfectly and I did not need the screw; however, it did not smoothly and securely fit the other two house outlets that I would have preferred. In either case, it is worth the extra money to go with the APC brand, but the P4V would really benefit from the additional screw.

If you need to protect your AV equipment then look no further! This little 4 Outlet unit works great and takes up very little space! Highly recommended!

I love this surge protector! Great for travel and great for presentations in areas that have questionable infrastructure. I always take when traveling into the boonies

You'd better protect that expensive television!

I would place a good UPS anywhere in my home that has a pricey flat screen LCD or OLED television; it’s the best protection you can buy for this purpose. However, if you’re NOT convinced of the need to do that, at the very least, PLEASE put one of these surge protection devices there. Better safe, than sorry!
