Bought this good medium sized printer and was impressed with its wifi option. It means I can store away and just lift out next to computer when required with no fuss, plug it in and all functions are great. I also had a couple of issues when first using the machine but can honestly say that HP's customer service is second to none - found them really helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bit of a let down

my previous h.p printer was a rather basic model but worked very well and I decided to buy what I thought was a better printer, sadly I was mistaken .
This one uses up far too much ink for a start
so I decided to save on the colours by printing in black only --Guess what happened ? The machine uses all of the colours to make black
so I am actually using more ink .
how do they get away with it?
I no longer use genuine hp inks because of this.

Secondly, when printing A4 colour pictures the prints come out squint because the paper is too loose in the tray and there is nothing you can do about it.
It isn't all bad of course, it does print very good clear colour photos and I recommend the printer for this. Normal text printing is very good also and speed of printing b+w or colour
is quite sufficient unless you are one of those who wants everything at high speed

HP experience

Couldn't get the wireless connection to work so rather than indulge in hi-tec hassle I found an Hp cable connector and used that, and it is working fine. Why do you not include a cable with the prinner to provide that option?
My previous HP printer packed up mechanically and this is its replacement. It appears to be slower at printing, or maybe I have grown more impatient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy!!!

Since buying this photosmart printer I cannot get it to work in wireless mode,I have tried and tried ...visited numerous HP sites with no luck
the only way I can get it to print is to connect the usb lead, totally let down with no help from HP

Very good printer

I have found this 3 in 1 printer to be very good.
The LCD screen makes it very easy to configure, scan, copy and print.
I also like the double sided copy feature.
I would definitely recommend this product.

This product is a very good buy, simple to use and understand for a novice like me. I haven't needed to replace cartridges yet so can't comment on that .
