The product is good but I am still waiting for my documents for the 3 year cover I purchased on 21st August 2012

This product prints very well when there is full cartridges in, as soon as it is about half full printing is wrong colour to what as been chosen.
Seems that the inks use very quickly, compared to last printer which was a HP very disapointed.
When you look at ink levels they always show half full but do not print very good.

Really good all round printer, I like that you can put 6x4 prints into tray as well as A 4 paper at the same time, good quality printing and photos, air print and hp email print works a dream.

This is the easiest and best printer I have ever purchased. It was easy to set up,and coming from me, an oldie, that is a definite compliment.
I have printed some photos taken at a party of my 3 granddaughters and they thought they had been printed at the shop they were so good.
All in all I can only say purchase it and you will never regret it .

I purchased the photosmart 6510 earier in the year to replac.e my old hp which I had for many years.Unfortunately ran into problems I phoned
technical support which was first class. It was aggreed that a replacement would be sent out
which arrived very quickly No hesitation in recommending hp to others

WHAT A GREAT LITTLE MACHINE.BEING A TECHNOPHOBE THE ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY HELPFULL.WE HAVE MANY PHOTOS TO PRINT OUT AND IT IS GOING TO BE REALY EASY , AND THE PRINTER QUALITY IS VERY GOOD. H.P BACK UP WAS VERY GOOD WHEN I WAS SETTING UP THE PRINTER.
