Only problem is in copy mode if there is not a great deal of information on the page you cannot use draft because it go through so quickly it does not print everything which makes it expensive if you have many pages ,in print from a pc it is good .
I would recommend this to a friend!

ten out of ten for everything, as far as initial out of the box set-up.The solid performance and feel of the unit, and all its functions etc. My ONLY gripe. The silly flip out plastic paper support thingy. It slides out. Flips up, and quite honestly it's going to be broken off if left OUT all of the time. This silly piece of plastic infuriates me beyond belief.If I forget to flip it out, The sheets of printed paper fly off all over the place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noise: This machine is unbelievably noisy.
Print quality: it sometimes produces blotchy pages that are unusable.
Wi-Fi connectivity: this does not always work, which can be a problem.
Email printing: this usually works well, although the print quality of emailed MS Publisher documents are unacceptably poor - MS Word documents on the other hand are fine!
In summary, after experiencing this product, I would not buy one again. I have an old HP deskjet that is great, why have standards fallen?

Easy to use. WiFi facility useful. I-Pad connection is particularly useful. Compact size is also a better fit in my study than previous 3 in1 machines.

Does everything I want very well. It seems to be soundly constructed and relatively quiet when compared to my previous printer.
I wanted auto duplex printing, with usb & wifi connectivity. It has this and much more that I don't use. Setting it up was easy, even for an "oldie", and the touchscreen is easy to use.
My only annoyance was being told that you can remove the lid to copy bulky books when you can't! A clerical error, not a fault of the printer.

Very easy to set up for use with my iPad. I am very pleased with the print quality, especially being able to print double-sided documents.
Air-print is fantastic, so convenient to be able to print from anywhere. The settings are very straightforward with visual instructions on the printer screen.
Great product & price, helpful staff.

the order & delivery process were excellent,and the unit was swiftly installed.It was necessary to obtain a USB cable to connect it to my computer before the wireless operation could be set up (with the aid of software provided).Once this was completed everything operated faultlessly,instructions were straightforward and overall results excellent.This may not be the quietest of printers,but it is effective-efficient-versatile and reliable.Copying function is superb and the touch screen control panel is self explanatory & easy to use.Photo printing from the computer is a straightforward affair with good results.Self diagnosis & ink level monitoring are useful items,along with the online update facility.The completed set-up is very user-friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
