Excellent product Printing, photo copying etc the quality is excellent
The good thing is the ink, not only does it last ages but it will tell you what colour needs replaced , so cheap to use

Despite running all the diagnostic tools, updating software and purchasing new ink cartridges the printer refuses to print black ink. I know the cartridge is not faulty as it is brand new and for some reason it will print black text and pictures from the app software, whatever set up I try it simply will not print black from documents or the Internet..... Appears to be a common fault when I google it, shame I cannot find a solution. Its no longer under warranty, so no help there. Ive Always used hp and never had a problem with hp printers in the past. I only upgraded from my old trusty hp so I could use AirPrint! Wish I didn't bother and saved my cash!

Worked fine for 5 weeks, after that none of my computers would print to it over the wireless. It stopped working after a firmware update. I have had to hard wire to my main computer and share it that way.
Definitely will not buy another.

HP is always reliable and if and when things do go wrong, they are there to back the product up with very good after sales service

I purchased this all in one printer as it had very good reviews, how wrong was I to listen to them. The printer is quite bulky, the print is all smudged and very unprofessional. As for the ink, I have never had a printer where the ink runs out so quickly. The costs of cartridges are more expensive than another well known brand. The amount of times I have had to reboot the printer as it would not print remotely I really have just had enough with the hassle so I have now purchased another very well known brand that works perfectly and is of much higher quality than this printer. Photosmart, what a laugh :((
