Printer good, shame about the paper tray

Once I had sorted out the drivers for wifi on Windows 8, I am very pleased with everything apart from the paper tray which doesn't seem to know its there and full. It keeps sending no paper messages...plus feels very flimsy as you insert it, seems a backward step from previous HP printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I only got a new HP photosmart recently as the first one I bought lasted just one year and one day. It started to not print black ink at all and as this cannot be fixed it has to be replaced. To do this I had to buy additional warranty..pleased with all of this..no way!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problematic!

I have had this printer for a short while. Sometimes it works as it should but recently it has taken to not being able find my laptop - something which was previously OK - when I want to scan a document and e-mail it. The screen asks me to check if I have the software on my laptop, which I obviously have.
Also when I replaced the cartridges recently it continues to produce virtually colourless printing - what's with that? My wife has had similar connectivity problems just printing wirelessly from her laptop.

I use this printer mainly because it is great printing from my laptop Always a good connection. Print quality is not as good as my old HP C5280 where the print is first class.
Please remember to make your printer last longer use genuine HP inks. I have learnt the hard way

really good printer, lots of features, touch screen & wireless makes easy use, ink lasts quite a while. Can be quite noisy but that doesn't bother me. Easy to set up.

I may have written this review before but after 4 replacement 5510/5514 printers there is not much I can say, really let down by HP and there technical side but I do not suppose this review will be printed
