Fantastic after sale service

Occasionally things break down. It's then when you need to be prepared for what can be a long grind to get the product fixed and managing without the product. But not so with HP! Quick excellent after care service. Well done! I did consider taking it back to Tesco where I bought my printer but the thought of waiting at the service desk, having other customers listening in and huffing & puffing, not to mention lugging the printer to the store. Really glad I got on line to help center. The printer is really good too! Will definitely by HP products again, very reassuring that the service doesn't stop when you leave the shop!

This is a good printer scanner with Hp backup and updates.
As a pensioner this HP backup,and ease of use is very important to me,
It is a little noisey and starter ink could have more ink in them.
Still a good printer with my HP PC

Very happy with this printer, although other reviews I've read bout this printer has said its too noisy well most printers are noisy to a certain extent. Prints fast, great for printing off your phone or tablet aswell. I've not tried printing out any actual photos (on photo paper) but have printed off photos on normal paper & the quality is good. You don't need any photo ink to print out photos on this printer all you have to do is change the settings of paper etc...
I would recommend this to a friend!

No frills and workmanlike

Purchased to replace an older Photosmart 2750 and in the hope of improving colour print quality. Met these objectives and has the advantage of being "wireless" but like my previous model not quite "glitch free". The last model couldn't handle more than a sheet at a time and the 5510 leaves an annoying crease down the centre of the page if only a single sheet is fed in..for instance when printing on both sides of the paper.
