Brilliant Purchase

Absolutely brilliant purchase, when i first saw the printer i liked it immediately. Neat,compact and realistically priced. Once I got it home and set up the wirless connection - which is so easy to do, it was great to see all the features that I could get from HP. The quality of printing, copy and scanning is exceptional. I havealready recommended this a couple of friends and family and was tasked by my in-laws to get them one and set it up for them - they think it's great too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product was sent to me after my original 5515 broke after only a few uses. Despite this being a warranty issue the Customer Service was non existant. Despite stressing I had the 5515 model I was sent the 5514. The Printer took over 4 hours to install as Windows 7 would not recognise the model. Despite Purchasing HP Advanced Paper the print quality is poor with lines in the print. The front control panel has fallen off as this appears to be a very loose connection. Would not recomend product or service.

Have had a fair bit of difficulty getting it connected wirelessly, but mainly due to the virgin media super hub. HP helpline is excellent. now working well. A very compact printer/scanner/copier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good buy

Only bought this recently but am very happy with the printer so far. It took me a little while to get the hang of loading the paper properly so it did not catch up, but now am very happy with the quality and speed of printing. Printing photos from my memory card is brilliant and so much easier for printing one or two photos than having to go to a shop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as my old photosmart as does not stop to see if you want to turn the page over therefore wasteful of paper. Realise it was not a duplex printer but neither was our old one. At present unable to make it do wireless printing so not the best printer we have had from Hewlett Packard.
