I am so pleased with my purchase. Absolutely easy as 1-2-3 to instal so all my time is spent enjoying the exploration of my new purchase. Love it! Can't fault it and extremely cheap.

Since I installed my printer My computer asks for tray app all the time I have tried to get rid of it but it is still there,what can I do.the printer is ok,it is a bit noisy but it prints ok

Will never buy any hp products in future. this is how i feel as the photoprint quality so poor despite changing cartriages and spending a fortune.

Misalignment problem

I had read previous reviews highlighting problems about misalignment with the 5510.
This model did have many attractive features and so when choosing a new printer, asked the assistant at John Lewis store about misalignment issues. They acknowledged that there had been problems with misalignment on the earlier models of this machine but assured me that the problem had since been corrected.
Anyway, having opted for the 5510, either I was sold 'old stock' or the problem hasn't been corrected because my model suffered with misalignment - the printed copies were not good enough to be sent out on a professional basis.
John Lewis were great about taking the faulty machine back and I swopped it for a HP 3055 which, touch wood, has worked OK thus far.

this is an excellent printer for the ordinary man in the street excelent colour and black and white up tgo now cannot be faulted just wish the ink was not so expensive

Had a hp 7850 printer for yearswhich was good ,needed a new printer so checked on the which websight which recomended the HP PHOTOSMART 5510 which i bought and was really pleased with,would recomend to any one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
