Tried most other makes HP much better

Firstly back up and help desk excellent you actually speak to a person straight away. Do a lot of photo printing, and therefore indiviual inks good idea, you don`t have to exchange whole colour cartridge when one colour exhausted, therefore cost effective.
Lab quality photos. Touch screen easy to use.
Printer nice and small so does not take up much room. A very good product with excellent support

Paper take up

The printer is very bad at taking the paper from the paper tray and will tell you it is out of paper when it is not, so, have to take paper out, and put it back in to the tray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with printer except we find it extremely difficult to remove the lid to scan thicker items eg magazines

Printer less functions

i got this printer as it had 4 cartridges but this is no use as the only message you get is a LOW on ink or none at all. so the first you are aware you need ink is a picture without color.
and then you do not know which color needs to be replaced.
my last cheaper printer gave me a Pencentage of ink left for each cartridge so i knew what was needed. so i got a printer i would save on ink when in fact i still had to replace all 4 cartridges anyway. i have been using computers for over 20yrs and in my opion this was a backward step in ink usage.
The Wifi and Scanner works well.
and then you do not know which color needs to be replaced.

Arrived quickly after ordering. Easy to set up, instructions clear and brief. I can now print from my IPad which I could not do before. Photo printing is easy and results are good. Neat design does not take up much room. A real step forward from my old printer. C6380. Well worth the price which was very good from Hewlett Packard direct.

Brilliant little machine

This machine is so easy to use, if I can use it anyone can, it follows my instructions, it is so nice to have a good reliable machine that works every time no matter what you ask it to do I.e. printing, scanning, copying, it's front loading and unloading ideal for me, it even talks to me.
