Excellent purchase

Once I got to grips with everything I am very pleased with my purchase the only thing is when you print the paper always falls to the floor if several pages are printed the holder can't cope with more than two!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very clever machine

Its all very clever and virtually sets itself up! You can change the ink by each colour so if red has run out you just buy red. Simple set up instructions with machine - but I did find the web page a bit confusing when I had a bit of trouble. I managed to sort it out myself in the end. All in all a very good machine.

great little all in one - a little on the noisy side & it did take me a little while to set it up via wireless (i'm not a technical person though!!) but it is quick & easy to use, love the fact you can just use the touch screen to print etc instead of pc. it prints/scans/copies very well & ink is reasonable price (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. i was so pleased, bought another one for my daughter!!

A step into the future

Having been the very happy owner / user of an HP psc 1300 printer,scanner,copier for some years, I felt the need to update my printing. Not that there was much wrong with the old machine, only at times it refused to print A4 photos, otherwise nothing!! My first thought was what was the current model that would suit me. I didn't think beyond HP because of previous experience.
Things hasve moved on!! The print speed and quality, both in b & w and colour are greatly improved and I can fault neither. The speed and accuracy of the scanner and hence, the copier, are excellent. There appears to be no loss of colour or definition in copies and the scans passed to my computer for use with Photoshop need considerably less "tuning" to obtain good results. Possibly the greatest improvement is the provision of single colour cartridges instead of the old 3-in-1. The ability to change only the empty one is a great saver and the simplicity of the operation makes it even better. The unit takes up little space and the feed and exit points for the paper are both at the front, making it easy to place it against a wall or similar.
All in all, I can only praise HP for their progress and thank them for another excellent printer,

I am happy with my HP 5510. Good price, good specs. All functions work and are easy to set up and use. It is a little noisey, but overall i am happy with it.
