I have bought two of these and 1 of them works really well and with no problems, quick, quiet.
The 2nd unit makes is quite noisey when it is printing, when it takes up the paper to print?

Good solid product, quality ans scanning images are very good and I am happy with it apart from the fact that it is quite noisy on start up and shut down.

Just what I needed to print photos and colour documents. Quick, accurate and compact. Paper tray makes a lot of noise but it hasn't jammed so far. Great value printer.

Good - with reservations

A good and reliable product - with one reservation. If I'm not really careful, paper loads slightly 'off' so that the print isn't square. I have to make sure the guides are really tight and with a light paper that can result in a crease. I wish I still had my dear old Deskjet 5550 which I replaced because I thought it had failed - turned out it was the computer having a day off not the printer. Still, it's good to have a scanner/printer/copier all in one.

Good but with reservations

Excellent quality text printing but difficult to keep pages perfectly straight also on runs of around 20 prints we get several blank sheets come through which makes it a pain when doing double sided printing. Do not use it for photos so cant comment. Copying and scanning simple and excellent.

I found this product first class.
no wires, and pick up on both PC and laptop
simple operation once set up but that was my biggest problem..setting it up.
that said I think it is great .

Good printer. Lid won't stay up, need two hands to put document in, noisy printing pictures. Fairly easy to set up . Still using my other HP photo smart printer C series Value for money.
