Early disappointment

I bought my printer as part of the package with my iMac in December. I had difficulty getting the printer to operate. I eventually found the new printer did not have the upgraded software to cope with the latest iMac. Printer is OK now

Excellent inexpensive all-in-one for the home user. Good quality colour prints and excellent monochrome documents. Very easy to use and wifi enables it to be fitted in when space is at a premium. I am delighted with this machine.

Disappointing

Previous HP printers have been much better. Have to switch it off when not in use otherwise it runs through all the paper in the in- tray and spits it out onto the floor! Uses up ink much faster than previous models. HP website seems incapable of connecting me to a supplier of replacement inks so I have to go to a shop!
Wish I had gone for a different manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the printer is rubbish , this is the 2nd one of the same type and has the same fault. customer service does not exsist even if you email the C.E.O. all in all I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER H.P.. PRODUCT . THIS AFTER BEING A DEDICATED H.P BUYER.

I purchases the hp5510 e- all in one printer about a month ago, set up was easy from taking out of the box to setting up wifi to the 1st print took around 20 mins. I mainly print off word documents at the weekend I printed off some photos both are excelllent quality and the speed of print is quite good.
The overall quality of the printer is excellent the colour LCD gives it a more expensive finish.
Highly recommend for home use and small business document printing.

My Photosmart printer failed, it was still in the warranty period. HP reponded very quickly, unfortunately the repalcemant also had a fault. HP's response was excellent, another printer was delivered the following day. For the competitive price I think this printer is outstanding value. I would add when 'phoning HP re problems it is very nice to speak to an English person!
