Solid product

Great all in product & does what it says on the tin apart from I cannot connect it via the 'Wireless' connection to my Laptop. Tried everything including connection to main computer but alas still no connection, so resorted to 'usb' cable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Let Down

The big let down with this printer is the paper guide system. Having both sides moving about the centre line may be all right in theory but in practice the results are poor. The flimsy design of the guides dosen't help. I was getting print runing at an angle to the page and if you were to print on both side to make a leaflet this problem was exagerated. Once I modified the system to have one fixed guide running square to the printed line the problems were largely overcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Wireless Printer ever

Best printer I have ever owned. Setup is easy and print quality is first class. Scanning to PC wirelessly is better than expected. It connects to my network with no problems at all. E-Printing / Air printing works really well with this printer. Has energy save mode waiting for a print to be sent.
Simply brilliant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If Only....I could use the scanner

I purchased my product and was very excited to use it as it has some great features..all in one! Its smart and compact and would make an ideal home/office printer!
Alas I have not been able to use it as the driver software conflicts with Windows 7 and will not allow me to use the scan feature.
After hours speaking to HP support - nothing has worked and it seems I am caught in the middle of a Microsoft/HP standoff - who will get this issue sorted so that I can use all the features on the product that I bought?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good machine but the black cartridges do not last long and and cost far too much to replace. Can only use HP cartridges.
