Smart Printer smart price

Replaced my old HP never let me down in 5 years hard work from myself (working from home) and another 3 family users.
Wanted wireless capacity didn't need fax(who does? ) as all family members have kit and want to print.
It is and would be very easy to set up irrespective of IT skills. The on-board demonstrations clear. Wireless activity first rate and the printer looks good

First printer returned to store as made a loud rattle and advised to do so by HP support. Replacement printer chewed up paper so returned that to store following day and exchanged printer for different make.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A really good all-in-one.

Very smart, clean lines. Easy to install, particularly wireless settings. The information was all gathered in seconds by the provided software - no need to input obscure data. A pity that some other manufacturers make the installation so complicated. Easy to use scanner with clear instructions on screen. Printing excellent, both colour pictures and text. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Fantastic Buy

When I first purchased the [rinter and got it home I was a little apprehensive, as the printer was bluetooth, and old printer operated via a cable, just followed the instructions and it was extremely simple to install and connect to my computer. Prints documents in a fraction of the time it took my old printer, and colour resolution is first rate. Would not hesitate to recommend this product to a friend, and would certainly buy another hp printer.

I've had 3 HP photosmart printers over the years. And I haven't gone through them because they broke. This is the best one I've purchased. The wireless connection doesn't drop as with other models. You can easily scan fromt he main panel on the printer rather than having to go through the computer software. It's compact enough. And I like that its more matt than gloss finish as it's easier to clean. I haven't had to change cartridges yet, but that is usually the only drawback on these printers. The cartridges can be expensive, but if you get 2 for 1 deals, it works out ok.

Fast and Efficient

Printer is very easy to set up and use. Only problem is movable paper support arm is fragile but not insurmountable as we open a draw beneath the printer and pages rest on there when printed. Now I can print from my I-pad instantly without having to switch on desk top computer whoopee! Individual colour cartridges are also good as can replace one at a time as they run out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clogged after a month

My initial view of the product was really good, Looked good, was easy to set-up and prints were good. However, I had to go away on business for 3 weeks, didn't use the printer for a week on my return and when I did try to print an essential document, only the red printed. All heads except the red were clogged and even running the head cleaner 3 times made no difference at all. This leaves the printer totally useless after a month. Total waste of money and would not recommend to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
