Good clear prints

The product produces good clear prints, is easy to use, Was a little difficult to set up, but that may be me. Is somewhat noisy when printing and is disappointing in that respect. The wirless connectivity is excellent however.
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first sight this looked to be an impressive product but it has failed in one respect. Unfortunately it failed in one of the main attributes for choosing it, namely wifi connection.
I had no trouble setting up the printer on wifi but nothing I, hp's wizzkids and Virgin's technical help would make the scanner connect with the computer. Give everyone their due they did try hard!
The product works fine, both printer and scanner, by usb cable connection.

No doubt that I will become more proficient at inserting the memory card from my camera but so far, each time has been a struggle because there is a space issue and the lock on the card is easily activated.
The printer function is comprehensive in what it offers and 'on screen' instructions very clear

5510 & Me

So far we`re getting on OK - 5510 is a bit noisy but quite efficient.
When I asked it to print photos we didn`t get on so well - several pieces of paper were gobbled up and the result was a strange colour compared to that on screen - perhaps we need a bit more practice!
For printing/copying generally though, its pretty good!

My new Printer

Good quality print. Works better as a scanner than my previous product. First time I have been able to copy documents easily. No problem for my wife to print remotely from her i Pad. I do find the WEB site difficult to use, for example I still can not find out how to print 7 by 5 photos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

tHIS WAS A VERY GOOD PRINTER. COULD DO WITH MORE DETAILS HOW TO INSTALL AND USE OF THE WINDOW DISPLAY.. ALSO CONNECTING TO COMPUTER AND LAPTOP A BETTER BOOK WOULD HELP. i HAVE ONLY BEEN USING IT FOR A FEW WEEKS FOUND IT VERY GOOD..

My new 5510 is a great printer. Easy to install, simple to use and a pretty stylish addition to my home office too. Great features for print options that save ink and money. I couldn't be happier with it.
