Very poor quality prints

In the first two weeks after purchase the blue cartridge became blocked. I went through numerous cleaning routines and it eventually cleared. Have now used virtually all of the ink in the set-up cartridges. The troubleshooting pages are endless! Prints on both plain and glossy paper continue to have lines going across them. The only plus side is that the after service has been pretty good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had an HP C4340 printer before and it was super had it 4 years no trouble. Have now got the 5510 e- All- in- one printer and the paper goes through crooked which looks so unprofessional when sending out letters, the photos are dreadful, the colour and sharpness do not look like they do on the computer.I have to take them to a shop to get them printed. I would not recommend this printer and it was not cheap.

This printer is a Godsend! Easy to set-up, install cartridges, print wirelessly, scan and copy! Amazing! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere...this is what everyone needs!

No regrets

I chose this printer as I felt it was the right price and the right features for me, there were some reviews negative about alignment and set up, but I can say I have had none of those problems, it has connected wirelessly to my main computer and remote printing works fine, no alignment issues. I haven't printed a photo yet so I can't comment on tat aspect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I can get the printer to work the copies are very good. However, it will print ttwo or three documents and then goes off line. I have had the connection checked and nothing wrong was found, it was installed once more (at least 15th time) but is still not working properly.
I have to log out and reboot my computer. I will not be buying another HP printer

Happy eventually

Was very disappointed initially as I just could not get this product to print from my iPad. Downloaded updates and eventually it worked just out of the blue. Quite pleased now although the printer is very noisy, still for the price it's not too bad.....does the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!
