Good choice

This printer replaced a previous aged machine. This printer is for domestic use and as I was looking for a wifi connected printer with cloud printing it ticked all of the boxes. It is easy to set up and I'm now connected via laptop and smartphone. It is noisy when kicking off the print but so was my previous machine. Quality is good. I've printed a couple of photo's and quality so far also good. The price was right. the build quality good. I consider this to be a good choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

need printer for card making using 220-250grm card. let down by others and this does exactly what it says it would. Also it is the easiest thing I have ever installed.Wi fi works perfectly on laptop as well.Ecomomy ink setting still gives very good printing.

Good for the price

Don't be misled by the picture of a USB cable on the box - like most printers this doesn't come with one and my existing printer cable wouldn't have fitted. That said, it is primarily a wireless printer and as such, a cable is not necessary (assuming of course, your computer is wireless enabled).
For a technophobe like me, the instruction manual looks slightly daunting, until you realise it's in 12 languages, each being given 6 pages.
Not being a computer 'guru' I was slighty thrown by the touch-screen set-up and it took several minutes to figure out what to do, but it wasn't exactly difficult, although I had to guess at the 'do you want a wireless network connection?' question, since I didn't know whether I did or not - however, I clearly guessed correctly!
Having used the printer for a while now, I am pretty pleased with it - the print quality on 'Draft' is perfectly adequate for printing letters etc., but of course whilst this saves on ink, don't expect colours to print 'true'. The scanning and copying functions are pretty intuitive.
I much prefer a printer with CMYK catridges and this is one of the few which has that, although they are quite small which of course means they need re-newing frequently and it would be helpful if (as with other printers I've had) the black could be double the size of the other 3. I'm not particularly worried about print speed and I find this machine perfectly adequate for my needs.
I think my only real criticism of this printer is the noise it makes at switch on when it 'chunters' away to itself for some considerable time, sounding for all the world as though somewhere inside its mashing up mangel-wurzels. Get used to that, and you're good to go.
Although not an expert, this is certainly one of the better printers I've had and would I buy another or recommended it to someone else? Yes, I probably would.

I am very pleased with this as wanted a wireless printer for my iPad2. Easy to set up, good print quality and seems cheap to run. A bit noisy as it gets ready but not a real problem. I am even using it from my main PC now!

Brilliant quality print at a bargain price, throw in wireless connection to pc and ability to print directly from smartphone.......suffice to say that I am really pleased with this product.
