Bought with HP pavilion desk top.
Not a patch on previous printer. Noisy and 'clattery'. Complete lack of hard copy instructions which for me is a big minus. still have'nt worked it all out, cannot go through reams and reams of online instructions. Have marked it 'fair' but that's probably me being generous !!!!

Poor paper pickup

I have bought and used several HP printers. This one has the worst incidence of paper jams of any. I am disappointed as I usually choose HP printers for their reliability.

HP Printer - i like this product because: it shows you the ink levels quickly, prints good quality and has good little activities on the menu to print out
i am able to print from both computers in the household because of the wireless setting.
a great purchase

I bought this because my previous wifi was so hit and miss. It would fail to print out and I would spend a great deal of time trying to sort it out. This particular model works every time despite the remoteness of its situation. I am very pleased with it.

The main problems are paper feed in dose not keep paper straight rarely get correct squared page, when printer not switched on get annoying busy signal on screen serching for printer. Very noisy Printer much prefer my old HP 1610.
Price was right but advise to pay more for a better Printer

I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. Couldn't believe the value for money it represents. I have bought quite a few printers both for home and the office and this is the best by far.

Great WIFI printing so far and good print quality.
A bit clunky and noisy when starting up, so might be annoying in a quiet office - should make them a be quieter!

5510 easy to set up

I found this very easy to set up. The instruction was clear to follow. I have used it now for about 1 month and I am very happy with the print quality. I changed the previous printer as I was having grave problems with print quality on the previous printer. Like most printers on the market it is almost as cheap to buy a new printer rather than a set of inks. The machine is supplied with 'set up inks' - I have no idea how long these are likely to last, this information does not appear to be supplied.
But taking everything into consideration I am happy with my purchase.
