Being used to HP 3-in-1s, despite the cheap price, I expected the usual quality and control software. There are many fewer choices on the properties than on any previous machine. The scanner works but is not as good as previous.
The print quality is the usual but paper control is non-existent with multiple pages being taken almost every time.
Wireless set-up=brilliant. Print Quality v.good the rest of it is not. Control software weak.

inks

the only problem i have is to do with inks, when i sent away for them i was told that we would not have any problem with the inks, but low and behold when i tried fitting them to my machine the printer would not except them. since this has happened i got in touch with you and you sent some new ones. and also in the mean time i have had some-one on the phone to say that you are bring a new type out which will be compatable with my printer. these new inks the printer will reconise them when installed with the ink levels, as this is a problem when you do not know how much ink is left for use thank-you .

Value for money

I think the HP Photosmart 2210 is a decent printer in terms of its performance and aesthetics. I definitely think it is value for money especially what i paid for it. I however feel, the paper tray needs improvement. When the paper is fed out after printing it does not sit on the feeble stick like device which is there to collate the prints. It feels like it would snap if you applied the slightest of pressure on it. I hope this can be looked into although i have already bought the product it would be beneficial for future customers who wish to purshase this product

Really happy with the printer. Easy to set up and good result when printing. Disappointed with the cost of replacement cartridges - almost the same as buying the printer again!

Good basic printer ideal for our use, printing Emails, speadsheets, web pages etc.
Very easy to set up working wireless.
Great to have printer in other room out of the way.

I have always used HP products but went out for a really in depth cost and value exercise as pennies are tight for all of us. I was able to compare right across the range but none came close to this animal - its the bizzo as far as we are all concerned - value for money neat and does everything we ask of it -
