Good but ....

This is my third HP printer and in general I am happy with my purchase. My main reservation is with the paper tray. There is no back edge to it and this often leads to the printer not recognising there is paper available. This is easily remedied by just gently pushing the edges of the paper until the printer realises the paper is there. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient all the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only down side is that when I press print, the printer takes longer to respond to print than my old HP printer.

wireless printer

Absolutely superb printer. love using it with my Ipad and the kids print their work off from their laptops. We don't know how we managed withou it. Worth every penny.....we did buy it half price though! The first one arrived with a broken screen but this was replaced without argument though our emails to customer services went unanswered!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Definitely recommend this printer. Easy to set up and does everything I need it to - and wirelessly! Just wish I could train the Mrs to do the same!

Good all-rounder

Works well and is easy to set-up and use, but beware the copier does not produce a full-sized copy - A4 out in each dimension by approx .3mm, so using for scale plans not absolutely accurate.
Good value otherwise.

Connecting the family

The wireless connection has been really good. Family can print from laptops, iphones, blackberrys etc instead of copying to my laptop and printing to our old printer.
Only downside at the moment was the printing of photos - was not good. I think I have net set up correctly and will need to make sure that I have this correctly configured next time.

Don't Buy this product

Setup was quick and easy and for the first hour or so of operation seemed like an absolute bargain, yet despite the ease with which the item was set up it actually took longer to set up than it spent sucessfully printing.
Printer constantly jammed with paper after about the fifth page of printing... My problems didn't stop even after I got a full refund as the wireless printing driver is very poorly coded and would cause the mouse cursor on my screen to constantly switch to a timer every ten seconds or so as it searched for the now non-existent printer (more annoying than it sounds - and trawling forums to diagnose this problem I am clearly not the only one), there is a lot of product for your money and I was suprised how cheap it was - unfortunately this is reflected in it's poor construction quality - not fit for purpose. Shame I couldn't select 0 stars as the product represents nothing but hours of my time lost - first and last product I buy from HP.

Very pleased with this product! Touch screen set up was easy, and it has done everything I have required to date, including documents from iPhone. Clear, precise printing, hoping photos are that good, that's my next job!! Would recommend this to anyone.
