I have some Problems

The standard printing of a document seems very satisfactory. The scanner is probably ok but I have not yet tried it. A photo treated as an ordinary piece of letter press was acceptable, but trying to print photos from my computer is a disaster. A 4x6 on ordinary satin paper comes out wet and smudged. I cannot use the printers own system because my card does not fit the slot, and I usually print from stored photos on computer.

Wireless, iCloud, Scanner printer wow!!!

The product is really awesome. It was so easy to connect to my iMac. Although it uses up a lot of ink it's really worth the buy. I can email my documents to the printer and it will print it straight away. I can add my printer to different icloud services like google. And I can do all that wirelessly. I just wish there was an easier way of getting cartridges. Free maybe.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't work after 1 week

I bought the hp printer as I wanted wireless connection and printing. This stopped after 1 week, and still having problems!

At the beginning of 2011, I bought a new printer, not a Hewlett Packard. Within two months, the print head failed whilst I was in France. I tried to make contact with the manufacturer for advice but they failked to come back. When next in England I returned the defective printer to the supplier in Oxford for an exchange. They reccomended that I should try a Hewlett Packard
so I did and I am over the moon with it.It is so quick in print mode and the quality is very good. I have just started to print my own photos and they are marvellous. After sales customer backup seems to be good so I would reccomend anybody to get a HP printer.

Should have listened

On reading reviews for this printer, they were good apart from a few comments about poor alignment. Despite aligning several times and wasting ink, the printer is poorly aligned and lets it down. I should have taken heed and explored other printers. That said, I cannot fault it on any other point but this alone sort of lets the whole thing down. Surprised that HP have overlooked this.

Had real problems getting WiFi to work on my previous all-in-one printer. Setting up my HP 5510 was both quick and easy. Delighted with the product

I have purchased a lot of printers over the years but this is certainly the best. This is because of its ease of use and setting up wirelessly could not have been easier.
