The only promlem I have had is getting Smart print to operrate, I have downloaded the software & Set the Icon to load . It does not work , no icon appears & the message is That smsart print is not compatable with IE9 & vista 32 bit, i have tried many suggested solutions all to no avail. All other fuctions & print quality OK so would possibly recommed.

Very good to look at. brilliant print speed . over the air printing is quiet astonishing, really good idea if you have mobile devices. Printing cost are very reasonable and ink cartridges are easy to come by .Lots of very useful forms to download and print of.

HP PHOTOSMART 5510

I am an oldie born in 1927, and have used a computer since 1985, when I bought an Apricot computer, which relied on floppy discs, one to store my software, and one for my files.
The computer world and I have moved on a lot since then, but I have never regretted my work in Information Technology.
A printer is currently important to me, as I like to print out and send letters by royal mail as well as sending e-mails.
About three months ago my printer "let me down" as I could not remove one of its ink jet cartridges. I thus bought this HP Photosmart printer as it was relatively cheap. I chose a Hewlett Packard printer, as I have for many years been impressed by their reputation for marketing sound carefully tested products.
The printer connects wirelessly to my computer, and I managed to set it up without help.
However I have had a serious problem with it as it suddenly started to become jammed with paper whenever I tried to use it.
Serious problem!
I became very frustrated. However a visit from a Polish friend was quick to diagnose the trouble. A small piece of paper was jammed inside!
If I had really analysed t he situation, I feel I should have worked it out for myself.
I have written at length but would recommend this piece of modern hardware technology. It enables me to keep up to date technically.
Also it is relatively cheap. I suspect that competition keeps the price low, but it is a debatable point that a somewhat higher price might allow better post sale technical service.
It is now back giving me excellent service.
And, very importantly, it is keeping my mind active. Indeed I have a target date of living until 2027. I emphasise that this is of course only a target, but that date, when I shall be 100 seems as good a date as any to choose.
All good wishes. I do believe these feedbacks are helpful.

Not as good as my other HP printer. I can never get this one to print out straight and as for printing out smaller photo's, they always slip so never print out straight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
