I really like this kettlebell (mine is the 10# one). The vinyl keeps it from marring my tile floor and the weight is very well balanced. It is perfect for use with the kettlebell basics video. I would like to say that I am a fit older woman with a daily yoga practice and I would not have wanted anything heavier that the 10# at this time. That's plenty especially with overhead maneuvers. I took one star off for the metal on the grip. It sliced my hand open twice. I'd recommend this product for anyone looking for this type of workout tool.

I like this kettleball very much. The contour is easier on my wrist. The handle is smooth and swings easily. I like the rubber coating as well. My only complaint is that even my tiny hands cannot both grasp the handle at the same time for two handed swings. The video is good, I like the workout presented. I have taken one star for the one handed handle which will limit the use of this style of kettlebell.

I am new to the kettle bell world and after reading reviews of typical kettle bells and how they can bang against the wrist, I ordered this contour kettle bell. I love it! Although that is said having never used a typical style kettle bell, so that opinion is only from using the contour.

The contoured kettlebells are in my opinion, the greatest exercise equipment ever invented,,,they are unmatched in versatility,,they can be used of course like regular bells,,,but are superior to dumbbells when used in the same way,,you are able to keep the center of gravity on a perfectly vertical basis,,,which makes for a much more intense muscular stimulation. I have two of each,,from 7# to 45#,,and for me these and an adjustable flat bench give me a complete gym.

The contour in this product is what makes it great. I don't know if the DVD is any good, I don't need whatever his name telling me how to use kettlebells, but that is not why I bought this. The countor takes undue strain off your wrist that may happen with more traditional kettlebell designs. The vinyl coating is nice and thick to help protect your floors and the units are compact because they are made of cast iron and not the cheap kind that are plastic and filled with sand or whatever.

These are very nice kettlebells. Two were purchased as additions to heavier GoFit kettlebells that I already own.The finish and vinyl coating are high quality and the contoured shape is more ergonomic than round kettlebellsfor many of the exercises I do, especially when the kettlebell contacts the back of the arm. The included DVDis professionally done and very helpful with how to properly use kettlebells. It also demonstrates various exercises.Recommended!

I love this kettlebell. The rubberized portion makes it portable and not as clunky. Its easy to use because the handle is metal. I bought it online and I use it every time I work out. It really is great quality and I am very happy with this purchase.
