Great purchase!

The Envy x360 is stylish, works amazingly fast (thanks to the i7) and is generally quiet at normal temperatures. It got me so many compliments. I do believe my computer was previously used even though I bought it new, because the battery gave out and stopped charging a week after I got it. But as for the laptop itself and features it has (like a USB-type C port), I'd definitely recommend!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working 6 weeks after purchase

About 6 weeks after my purchase of this product, it would no longer turn on at all. There was no damage at all. I had the device shipped back to HP for repair and it has been over 6 weeks and I still have heard nothing except "we have the parts." I do not know what parts needed replaced, probably the battery, or the hard drive.
I really enjoyed all the feature on the computer when it was working, the stylus worked well for taking notes during class, and the 360 design was idea for both note taking and watching videos.

Sub-par Performance

This laptop has great configuration on paper, but it lacks the performance that it shoud put out. I don't know if it's Windows 10, but I had to spent a good time trying to get the laptop to perform decently. I cannot recommend this product to anybody I know.
