Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Whirlpool refrigerator has turned out to be both disappointing and disconcerting. It is extremely noisy. Although I am hearing impaired I can hear it chugging away, making me fearful that compressor failure lies ahead. I also find the design of the door shelves to be disappointing, providing inadequate space for some items that we traditionally stored in the door of our old refrigerator with some spaces because of their height being left unused. Particularly bothersome is that there is no space high enough to store wine bottles once they have been opened when using traditional wine stoppers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] costly effective for cooling with minor issues: -bottom right draw needs door wide open to access -factory default setting: lowest shelf back line every thing were frozen, turning down one were too warm, need more setting positions -noisy

A frustrating experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator last week and have already return it. I would like to unregister it. However, I tried online, on your website and there is nothing that I could do to unregister it on your website. Then, I called your phone number and once again, no such luck. So, what am I supposed to say at this point. The reason I returned the whirlpool refrigerator is, it wouldn't freeze ice cream in the freezer. I got my money back, but now, all I what is to unregister it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
