We bought this refrigerator in May of 2013 it was fine at first then started freezing things in the refrigerator. The eggs would be frozen but the lettuce would be fine. It was weird. Dec. 2014 we had someone come look at the refrigerator because the freezer stopped working and they told us the Freon was almost gone. He said it is dead. Wow I am so disappointed in this brand. We thought Whirlpool was better than that. We trusted the brand so much we didn't buy the extended warranty. Very disappointed. Whirlpool never again.

The only drawback on this is the drawers on the bottom aren't full size drawers and the freezer doesn't hold as much as my old frig. did. last one in almond and they do not make it in this color anymore as I was told.

I love Whirlpool refrigerators. The last one we had lasted 12 years! Would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a reasonably priced refrigerator with a good size freezer and holds lots of food!

Bought this for the garage. Probably should have stuck with the model with the heater for the freezer because the freezer did get funky with the cold weather. Live and learn. It's still a great fridge, with lots of room.

Design Issues

I decided to take this refrig. when it was delivered or else wait weeks for another one. So....with the dent in the side, etc. I kept it. There isn't a light in freezer which is an issue. Also, I'm having a problem with the track for the top drawer; keeps falling down. The freezer shelf is too small and stuff falls down the back onto the bottom. There is a gap in the corner of the door where it isn't tight. To put it in short.....made cheap!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Working as expected

It is a very basic refrigerator but is working as expected. Some things feel a little cheap but otherwise so far so good.
