Big disappointment

Wanted just a basic fridge/freezer with lots of storage space. This model provides that, but product is cheaply made. Quality is a big step down from previous fridge by Whirlpool affiliate that lasted 18 years. Deli drawer often comes off tracks and storage unit for cans in the door is constantly sliding forward. Drawers and plastic storage bins on door are cheap materials. After just 3 months had to have thermostat replaced as ice cream not hard even at highest temp setting; still not happy with temps, especially in freezer compartment. Will never buy another with only 1 control for both compartments. Not sure there's anything else out there that would be better, but this purchase is a definite disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

astounded that freezer had no light. flimsy drawer with bracket that kept falling out. light for fridge when door is left opened is right where my hand reaches for items and I brush against it and turn it off.llimited brackets for shelf arrangement.. should have had metal strips to mount shelves for variable use.get the feeling that your manufacturing bottom line was the focus; not user satisfaction. grips on vegetable bins not convenient and made of really cheap plastic... get the feeling it will not last the life of the fridge.really a total bummer... yes, it is quiet and does the job but I should have done more shopping.. bought in a hurry after power outage that made a replacement quickly mandatory. I hope it last better than I suspect it will.. ugh.

Rather poor

This refrigerator leaves a great deal to be desired. It comes without any ice-cube trays, not even a stand where such trays would go. It comes with plastic film covering parts and firmly attached at the edges, very difficult to remove, also with some 30 pieces of tape to hold parts in place. There are no separate temperature controls for the freezer and the refrigerator. It is greatly overpriced.

No frills but Spacious!

When our old Refrigerator died we needed something fast and "cheap" but we wanted something more spacious and more economical than our old one.. and i am happy we found exactly what we where looking for! very spacious and plenty of ways to arrange the fridge... spend a bit more and get the ice maker!

Like the looks and features - but it is very loud. I have never owned a refrigerator that make so many sounds. Sounds like it is dying each time it runs. I would not purchase again.

I like the top freezer versus the side by side. This refrigerator is nice but the door compartments leave something to be desired for me.
