The door doesn't close easily or maybe the magnet is strong enough to pull it close in very short range.

Everything is great about this product. I have arthritis so its difficult for me to bend over so much to access the fridge section. I use the freezer much less often. But that has nothing to do with how great Whirlpool products perform!

Nice Refrigerator but noisy.

Nice large freezer space. Easy to use control panel. Cabinet space goes almost to the floor. The bottom plate to access under the refrigerator is just right for children to step on and cause it to come loose. Overall the only complaint is that it is noisy.For the price it is fine .

needs new design

After having a side by side refrigerator for the past 28 years, I am having a hard time getting used to the old basic refrigerator design. I don't like having to bendover to see what is on my top shelf. Why not just put the freezer on the bottom and the refrigerator on the top? Most people don't use their freezer several times a day, like the refrigerator portion. While shopping for a new refrigerator, it was an emergency because my old side-by-side died. I am on a very tight budget and hadonly so much to spend. Of course the more expensive refrigerators did have freezers on the bottom. Why not make that the standard model, or at least notover charge for that small convenience.After two weeks, I'm still not crazy about my new refrigerator. The drawers are cheap plastic and I'm afraid they are going to break every time I open and close them. My old refrigerator had metal produce and deli drawers. Also, where doyou put eggs in this refrigerator? One last thing, why can't the exterior have agrainy effect as opposed to a smooth finish, which shows every little imperfection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good refrigerator at a good price

Our garage refrigerator was dying and we got a great price on a new Whirlpool. So far it works great and it is very quiet. Roomy bright interior.We expect to see a drop in our electric bill also, but have not had it long enough to find out how much.I have recommended Whirlpool to a friend who was interested in our new purchase.

I have only had my refrigerator about 3-4 weeks. The room inside is unbelievable, I search many a frigerators till I found the perfect one for me. The price had to be reasonable and it had to have shelfing at the side that was capable of holding two gallons of milk. I needed the depth because we are big box pizza eaters and not every appliance will hold a big wide box of pizza. I had my work cut out for me and I am so glad Whirlpool had just what I was looking for.
