the refrigerator was supposed to come with 2 control (freezer/Refrigerator) but only had one control. it is difficult to get the correct temperature in both compartments

I am pleased thus far with the refrigerator. It is fit for purpose. I like the clear plastic shelving and drawers. The visual serves as an easy reminder as to what is in the refrigerator, and what is not and needs to be restocked. Planning to many many years of reliable service just like the previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the frig except for the middle drawer which falls out often! I read the reviews for this frig before buying and figured that the issue with the drawer that was mentioned was due to folks not installing it correctly. Well, that is not the issue! I really don't understand what is wrong with it, but it falls out with no rough treatment, unexpectedly and other times it will stay in for weeks and never have an issue. I love everything else but the drawer is a BIG aggravation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in September, very nice, quite, lots of freezer space, just wish it had a light, but I can live with that.

Not happy with this refrigerator/freezer. Too noisy and have had (2) repair calls in less than (2) months!

You get what you pay for. If you can not afford another model this is the one for you. The fridge does a fine job keeping everything at the proper temps. There is a nice arrangement of shelves in the door and the glass shelving makes it very easy to see what is in the way back.I don't care for the cheap plastic used in the egg shelf and it is very difficult to pull out or push in. The door has a rounded out front; hard to explain, it is thicker in the center of the door. The freezer door is taller than the top of the fridge by an inch to make it look bigger?My fridge died Fourth of July weekend and we ran out and bought a fridge by color and width and preserved height (forgot to measure the height before we left). I needed black to match the dead fridge.I wanted a more expensive model, but my husband won out with this one. He has since apologized.Like I said you get what you pay for and if this is what you can afford it is just fine.
