great gift better than 1960 frig

I receive this refrigerator as a gift, it runs quite and it is so much nicer than that 1960 refrigerator we did have. I love it the only thing there were no ice trays.

Great basic fridge!

Bought this as a second fridge for overflow to keep in our garage. Chose it based on efficiency, price, and no-frills. We didn't need an icemaker or anything fancy that would be one more thing that might break. It has worked well for us EXCEPT we had an unusually cold winter. If it gets below 20 degrees F in your garage, the coolant turns back into a liquid and the items in the freezer, especially nearest the door, will start to thaw out a bit (like ice cream will be soft but not liquid).

The freezer part is designed nicely for storage. There is plenty of room for grocery products beyond the average size. It is easy to clean. Whatever features you don't feel you have to be delicate with it that they will break!

Overall a good product

We bought this refrigerator for a studio rental property. The kitchen has ceramic tile floors, so the refrigerator is more noisy than we would have liked. We are going to look into a mat for under it to deaden the noise.

I purchased this refrigerator on a very tight budget when I recently moved into a new rental space. For the price I paid, everything worked out perfectly. It fit well, has almost zero noise, is energy efficient, and has plenty of room for the necessities of life. Thank you Whirlpool!
