I love this new freezer. Plenty of room. Well Arranged! Quiet running. Easy to get through the doorway with door off. I have always liked Whirlpool appliances!

This product is ideal for our family

We purchased this product to replace a 27 year old freezer that was still operable and had required no repairs what so ever during it's lifespan , but was not energy star efficient. Hopefully our new Whirlpool will reduce our energy consumption and last a longggg time .

I replaced an old freezer and I believe the interior space is close to the interior on an old 21cf unit

Love the inside design. The feature to get ready ahead of adding food is great. Keeps our food in great shape. Not hard to keep air flo in unit open & away from back as there's plenty of room. Absolutely love the light. Small feature, huge benefit to me.

Excellent product with the exception of one design flaw

Used in the garage, quiet, insulated well, smaller size fits well.Only issue is with design as follows.Door is designed to be changed to left or right hand opening, but the light will not shut off if handle is changed to right side. Did a temperature check and found the internal temperature to be about 5 -10 degrees higher near the light because it will not shut off. There is currently no fix, so the only option is to tape down the light level and use it with no light which is inconvenient. Hopefully, Whirlpool with come up with a temporary part to install on the door and fix this issue

Does its job

This is a great freezer because it does its job. It runs and it freezes my food. Only complaint I have is the space between two of the shelves is huge. It is as if a shelf is missing. This seems to be the norm now because I look around and all the brands and models have the same gap, even higher end models.

I checked with Consumer Report and this freezer was rated the best and I agree.I grow blueberries and I freeze a lot of them to use in the Winter and now they are easy to get to.
